We strongly recommend booking in advance, so you can reserve an appointment with the team member you want at the time and date that best fits your schedule.
We do our best to honor everyone’s valuable time, so we request that you give us 24 hours notice prior to canceling. If you miss an appointment without calling to let us know, any future appointments will require a service deposit in advance to your credit card.
For CoolSculpting service we require a consultation be completed, medical paperwork filled out, and a $500 non-refundable deposit made so we can book clinical treatment time.
On occasion, Hidden Oasis team members will experience an illness or emergency and must cancel their services for the day. In those instances, we will do everything we can to accommodate your service. That may involve booking your service with a different team member, or rebooking at another time that fits your schedule.
Any appointment expected to run for two hours or more will require a $100 deposit to reserve your appointment. If you skip an extended appointment without calling us, we will retain the deposit towards your next service.
We love kids at Hidden Oasis! We must remind you, however, that a salon can be a dangerous place for a child that is not supervised. If little ones are with you, please keep an extra watchful eye on them.
